I accept this website package (a €390 one-time payment, then €39 per year only by manual renewal).

Restaurant, bar or café website including a standard domain, hosting and SSL. Domain selection and publication require manual confirmation. Technical maintenance within the agreed scope; no enhanced SLA or additional content edits. Existing contractual and statutory defect rights remain applicable.

No automatic renewal or recurring card charge. Continued operation after the first year requires manual agreement and payment of €39 for another year.

This website package includes no GastroLotse app subscription or self-service menu or website content editing. Those require a separate active subscription.

Payment does not publish the website. Desivo confirms the order, domain and publication after manual review. First-year availability starts at confirmed publication.

Contact Desivo to decline renewal or cancel continuation. The website remains available until the paid term ends. Without renewal, continued operation is handled manually with Desivo; Desivo handles suspension after written notice and applicable remedy periods. Indefinite free availability is not promised.
