Desivo Consulting Group is a retained advisory firm based in Warsaw, Poland. We were founded after identifying a consistent gap in the European market: established businesses with strong fundamentals that lacked the digital infrastructure and acquisition strategy to grow at the pace their ambition demanded.
We do not chase trends. We do not sell vague strategy. We design, build, and manage the systems that produce revenue growth — and we do it with the discipline and professionalism that serious companies expect.
