DESIVO provides AI-powered website design and development services for small businesses. Our services include website creation, custom logo design, SEO optimization, and ongoing support. All projects begin with a free demo website to ensure customer satisfaction before payment.
We offer three main packages:

Every customer receives a free demo website and custom logo before making any payment. The demo typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Customers can request revisions or decline the project at no cost. Payment is only required when you approve the demo and wish to proceed.
Standard delivery time is 5 business days from project approval. Demo websites are provided within 24-48 hours. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and revision requests.
Each package includes reasonable revisions during the demo phase. After project approval and payment, minor content updates are included for 30 days. Major redesigns or additional pages may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, all rights to the website design, logo, and custom content are transferred to the customer. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting is included in all packages. Your website will be hosted on our reliable servers. SSL certificates are not included in any package and must be purchased separately if you want HTTPS encryption for your website.
Since payment is only required after demo approval, no refunds are necessary for declined demos. Once a project is approved and payment is made, refunds are available within 7 days if the final website does not match the approved demo specifications.
DESIVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
