An article remains internal until its sources and citations are technically complete and fact, rights and final approvals are documented by name. Factual errors are corrected visibly and dated.

Approval before publication

  • A primary or clearly labelled direct source is present.
  • Fact and rights reviews are documented by name.
  • A named, documented person gives final approval to the headline, claims and publication.
  • Automatically collected or generated content cannot bypass this gate.

Corrections

Minor typographical errors may be corrected silently. Changes affecting meaning, figures, quotations or conclusions receive a visible dated correction note. The original claim is not quietly replaced.
